Em setembro, o Douro Superior ainda guarda névoa nas primeiras horas da manhã.
Setembro em Muxagata: a névoa ainda cobre as vinhas e a previsão já mostra chuva em cinco dias.
As encostas são íngremes demais para qualquer máquina — o único caminho é a pé.
E é aí que chega a decisão mais difícil: colher agora, com o que tem, ou esperar e ver a chuva chegar primeiro.
Cada caixa leva 18 quilos e descansa 24 horas no frio — a fruta chega à adega exatamente como saiu da encosta.
Do nevoeiro de Muxagata à mesa — com uma fraldinha na brasa, tudo o que a encosta exigiu está dentro da garrafa.
