A Touriga Nacional rosé from gentle pressing: raspberry and redcurrant with a floral note, crisp acidity and a dry, persistent finish. A gastronomic rosé, not a sweet summer one.

Where it comes from

From the Quinta do Palato, in Muxagata, in the Douro Superior — schist terraces where altitude and thermal range keep the fruit fresh. From the grape varieties 100% Touriga Nacional. Limited production of 3,000 bottles.
